ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council held their first meeting for the 2025-26 term.  The council has two new members.  Councilman Talmage Ekanger for the SW District who has been serving the district since winning the election and was certified back in early June.  The other is Councilman Chad Nilson who began his five year term on July 1st.

At the council meeting, they decided that Councilman Alan Johnson will be the Deputy Mayor of Aberdeen for the second straight year.
