ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday, Midstates Group & Quality Quick Print announced they will be acquiring Print Mark-Et, Unique Signs, and Impressions Rubber Stamp, with locations in Rapid City and Belle Fourche, South Dakota.  The acquisition will become official on July 21st.

Print Mark-Et was founded back in 1998 and its main focus is short-run printing, signage, promotional products,
and custom rubber stamps.

Both Print Mark-Et locations in Rapid City and Belle Fourche will remain open, with all current staff retained and plans to expand the team in the near future.

The acquisition also aligns with the broader vision of Midstates Group, a 180,000-square-foot production and fulfillment facility in Aberdeen that focus on direct mail, catalog and publication printing, and fulfillment
solutions.

Midstates Group beside QQP in locations in Aberdeen & Pierre also has under ownership Panther Premier Print Solutions, based in Sioux Falls, SD, specializing in digital and sheetfed printing, signage, apparel, die cutting, and engraving.

Midstates Group are inviting customers and community members on upcoming Community Relation Event and Retirement Celebration for Mark Schreiner, founder of Print Mark-El coming up in September.
