PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden has issued a proclamation calling the legislature back to Pierre on September twenty-third for a special session dealing with the question of a new prison.

Rhoden says the task force he appointed reached a solid decision.

The task force focused on two possible locations in Sioux Falls for the new prison. The state has set aside over six hundred million dollars for the prison. It will take a two thirds vote of the House and Senate to decide the issue.
