ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Back in June, Ramkota was sold and they announced they were leaving Aberdeen.  WR Hospitality which owned the Minervas Restaurant released a statement that they would no longer be associated with the restaurant.

The restaurant now has new ownership and has been renamed Dakota Kitchen and Lounge.

The restaurant’s manager, Amy Odland discuss when they were informed the Minervas would no longer operate in Aberdeen.

Odland felt confident that the location itself was not going to shut down.

Odland was asked how they came up with the name Dakota Kitchen and Lounge.

Odland talks about how the transition is still a work in progress.

The restaurant doesn’t have a website at this time.  Odland told the public the best way to keep up to date is through their Facebook page.
