Wolves Tally Solid Results @ Augie Twilight

Sioux Falls, SD (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University men’s and women’s cross country teams opened the 2025 campaign Friday even at the annual Augustana Twilight. The men ran to an average time of 21:18.79 in the 4-mile, while the women tallied an average time of 19:09.80 in the 5k.

MEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
  • Jacob Angerhofer led the way for the men with a season opening time of 20:39.27
  • Carter Flatau followed with a time of 20:51.42 in his first collegiate race
  • Fellow freshman Tristan Swezey and Patrick Severson added times of 21:38.61 and 21:39.66 respectively
  • Blake Stoks rounded out the Wolves top-5 placers with a time of 21:44.97
WOMEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
  • Emaleigh Olesiak rounded out the top-25 and was the top finisher for the Wolves with a time of 18:06.79
  • Jolie Dugan and Abby Hasart were less than a minute behind with finishing times of 18:57.15 and 19:03.06
  • Avery Miles landed well in the top-100 of the event, crossing the finish line in 19:16.62
  • Madeline Nye rounded out the Wolves top-5 with a time of 20:25.36
