ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber Connections were held Thursday at the K.O.Lee Public Library.  Jeremy Storly of Cornerstones Career Learning Center was a speaker.

Storly talks about the demographic that they generally cover.

Storly goes over the funding for adult education for the state of South Dakota that comes from both state and federal levels.

One concern that Storly addressed are legislators both on the federal and state levels are looking toward cuts on various programs.

Funding on the federal level comes from the Department of Education.  Senator Mike Rounds has a bill in the process looking to eliminate that department.  Storly discuss what the impact that could have to adult education.
