MOBRIDGE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- According to the Mobridge Pollock School District’s Facebook page, the football stadium has been closed effective immediately due to excessive flooding caused by heavy rains that fell over the weekend.
“Due to flooding, Tiger Stadium will be closed until further notice. The safety of our students, staff, and community is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding while we address the situation.
We will provide updates as soon as the stadium is ready to reopen. Thank you for your patience and continued support of our Tigers.”
The National Weather Service Office in Aberdeen reported the Mobridge Airport received 3.73 inches of rain(2.21″ on Saturday & 1.52″ on Sunday).
