ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council meeting will hold their meeting Tuesday at the Municipal building.  Normally they occured on Monday but reminder that day is Memorial Day so City Offices are closed for the holiday.

Prior to the meeting, there will be a work session starting at 4pm.  They will address the 6th Ave Bridge project from the South Dakota Department of Transportation.

During the work session they will discuss legislation done by the South Dakota Legislature addressing TIFs, data centers, and the CAPS program.

The Council meeting beginning at 5:30pm will address a possible application for $5,000,000 for Phase 3 of the WINS project.  WINS stands for Water Investment in Northern South Dakota.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm.  Both the work session and the council meeting are open to the public.
