At the beginning of Tuesday evening’s Aberdeen School Board meeting, there was a special announcement for a recent Aberdeen Central graduate, Kaylee Kiesow.

Charles Hermansen, High School Science Teacher at ACHS, celebrates Kiesow’s accomplishment.

There were two separate judging categories in the fair, which had 1,700 participants from 60 different countries.

Kiesow describes preparing for the international event, which was held in Phoenix, A.Z. back in May.
