ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Back in October, McPherson County States Attorney Austin Hoffman announced he will run for South Dakota Attorney General.
Hoffman talked about why he’s running for Attorney General.
Hoffman talks about what he hopes to do as Attorney General. One thing is looking for better protections online.
One issue that had some tread this cycle is the issue of parole and probation. Hoffman talks about possibly removing presumptive probation.
Hoffman also wants to address recidivism on tribal lands.
Hoffman on Thursday did a fundraiser for his campaign here in Aberdeen even though his name will not be any ballots.
The South Dakota Republicans will decide their choice for Attorney General at their convention in Rapid City in July.
