There’s been plenty of anticipation, but the collaborative effort between Barb Grosz, Ryan Smith of Riverside Cemetery and Matt Braun of Parks and Rec has come to fruition with the official dedication and opening of the Rainbow Bridge. Matt Braun talked about how the timing of project brought all parties together.
