After torrential downfalls in large parts of McPherson and Edmunds County that caused damage in Leola and the surrounding area, Mina Lake is expecting to see the lake start to rise 6-12” in the next 48 hrs, according to the Edmunds County Emergency Management. The reports have been anywhere from 2-7” of rain Northwest of the lake. Please get all watercraft secured so they are not floating away, and take precautions.
