Many have seen the building’s progress or have heard of a new business coming to Aberdeen’s West side, but we hear a lot of people wondering what exactly it is going to be. The answer is, there is nothing EXACT about what it is, other than it is a new concept to the area in Food and Dining. Owner Brian Beidler gave us an update on construction and a view of the concept.

The new concept includes several ways to enjoy the many homemade menu items, take it home and prepare it, take it hot and ready to eat, or grab a table and dine in. All of the many meats are smoked and prepared in house.

Even the parking lot is unique.. Beidler said he is making it as accessible and convenient for everyone, include trucks, and those pulling trailers.

By the time it’s all said and done, the building is ready and fully stocked with fresh foods. it will likely be around mid to late August before the doors are open.
