ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Monday night’s Aberdeen City Council meeting, Aberdeen City Manager Dave McNeil provided an update on the Employee Handbook.  McNeil also went over the benefits provided to the city employees.

Back in 2025, employees with the City of Aberdeen voted in favor of forming a union.  In November they reached an agreement for the next three years.
