ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission addressed funding needed for projects at the Brown County Landfill.

Landfill Manager, Mike Scott described funding needed to purchase two containers.

The other funding request was for Cell #5 at the landfill.  Helms Engineering’s Engineer Leif Redinger:

Redinger also addressed change order needed for that cell.

The commission approved both requests.  This is also the last time Redinger will be addressing the commission with Helms.  He will be the new Aberdeen City Engineer.  Redinger reflected on his time working with the commission.

Redinger will start being Aberdeen’s City Engineer on Monday, July 20th.
