Warner School Board update on decision after Attorney General’s opinion
The Warner School District stopped work on the Athletic Complex on June 26, 2026. To comply with the SD Attorney General’s Opinion, The Board of Education met yesterday, July 15, 2026, and voted to terminate the District’s contract with Mammoth. The Board also approved reopening the bidding process to complete construction of the athletic complex.
To help ensure an organized and transparent process, they are inviting community members to submit their questions in writing to Business Manager Larry Robinson at [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 31.
The District will review all submitted questions and provide responses accordingly. To ensure transparency, both the questions and the District’s responses will be shared with the public.
