ABERDEEN, SD (NSUWolves.com) – For the second time this season the Northern State University football team is ranked in both the AFCA and D2Football.com top-25 polls. The Wolves are receiving votes for the fourth straight week in the AFCA Poll and sit at No. 25 in the D2Football.com Poll. NSU is 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the NSIC this season, heading into the fifth week of league action.
With the AFCA, Northern is receiving 32 votes and is joined by NSIC opponents No. 5 Minnesota State, (RV) Minnesota Duluth, and (RV) Augustana. On the D2Football side, the Wolves return to the 25th spot after a week out of the top-25 following the loss to Minnesota State.
