ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio)-

The Avera Research Institute Mobile Unit returned to Aberdeen this week.  The institute is based out of Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls.

Clinical Coordinator Mal Foss reminded everyone the programs they focus on.

One dealt with ECHO.

The other deals with Healthy Start.

The reason they returned Tuesday was to thank those that participated back in July.

About two weeks ago, the Avera Research Institute was a part of the group dealing with food insecurities(Future of Food Conservation).  Foss was asked to connect this with pregnacies.

Foss talked about how to learn more about them and a new program they just started this month.

Dreams is a program looking into the issue of sleep apnea.
