District 3 House candidate Tim Hanigan(R) appeared this week on the KSDN Midday Report to talk about his campaign.

Hanigan talked about what the legislature next year can do to address data centers.

Hanigan addressed the issue of license plate readers and how the legislature may address that.

Hanigan talked about property taxes and can that be addressed on businesses and agricultural land.

Hanigan talked about how he would like to address education if elected.

Hanigan is the CEO of the Aberdeen Development Corporation.  A letter to the editor in the Aberdeen Insider expressed concerns about a potential conflict of interest on certain bills.  Hanigan addressed that.

Hanigan also addressed how he would handle affordability and housing if elected.

Hanigan was asked how to establish a good working relationship between the legislative and executive branch of government.
