REDFIELD, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Known as the Pheasant Capital of the World, Redfield now has a mural depicting the importance of pheasant hunting in the community.

Gianna Lantero, Director of Grow Spink, said the idea to have a mural came about when the town hosted a Pheasantennial event this past fall.

Lantero has a friend who is an artist who agreed to paint the mural.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, according to Lantero.
