ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The 15th Annual Fischgaard Short Film Project takes place this weekend, Friday-Sunday, Feb. 14-16.

Tom Black, Founder of the event, talked about what it all entails.

Those participating do not know ahead of time the specifics of the films, such as genre and control criteria (one line of dialogue, one character and one prop that must be in every film created). They find out that information Friday night and then get busy working on a film.

The event concludes Sunday evening during a public screening at 6:30 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre. Cost is $5 per person and it is open to individuals of all ages.
