VEBLEN, S.D. (Press Release) – A Veblen, S.D., man has been identified as the person who died early Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle crash east of Veblen.
A 2006 Chevrolet HHR SUV was westbound on South Dakota Highway 25 when it went off the roadway and rolled several times.
Conrad Dumarce, the 41-year-old male driver, was not wearing a seat belt. He was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
South Dakota’s Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash. All information is only preliminary at this point.
The Highway Patrol is part of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
