ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The second act for this year’s Brown County Fair was announced this morning.

Jo Dee Messina will be returning to the stage and be the opening act on the Saturday of the fair, according the BCF Manager Derek Ricci.

He said that fans will be very familiar with Messina.

The fair is trying something different this year, announcing acts one at a time over the course of a few weeks before tickets go on sale. Ricci said the strategy is creating a lot of interest.
