PIERRE, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – There are a variety of bills being voted on in the legislature. One of those is bill SB-157 which is known as the zoning bill.

While some have described the bill as complicated, Gov. Kristi Noem said there are just several sections to it.

Noem said the bill would provide structure for each county in the state.

She also addressed the conditional use permit part of the bill.

The bill has passed the Senate and now heads to the House.

The legislative session is winding down, but Noem said there is still plenty left to be done.
