YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – A bill defining dyslexia as a learning disability in kids will be up for debate this week in the South Dakota legislature.
Its been a long time goal of Representative Nancy Rasmussen of Hurley.
Rasmussen says it has been a long running debate.
Rasmussen says its another case where South Dakota stands out.
Rasmussen spoke at the District 17 legislative forum Saturday in Vermillion.
