YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Legislators are preparing and filing bills ahead of the start of the 2021 South Dakota legislative session.

Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton says he has one related to his legal work.

Cwach, a Democrat, who is returning to Pierre for his second term, is planning to bring back one of his bills from last year.

Cwach says a reinsurance option could save money for some people.

The session starts on Tuesday and is scheduled to run through March 11.
