YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – This was the first legislative session for South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem following her election last November.  It can take some adjustments.

Senator Craig Kennedy of Yankton gives the Governor high marks.

Kennedy, assistant minority leader, says their caucus met with the Governor on the final day of this year’s session.

Kennedy says the Governor set out a clear agenda at the beginning.

Kennedy is serving his second term in the state Senate.
