WASHINGTON, D.C.(HubCityRadio)-  On Tuesday Congressman Dusty Johnson held a presser dealing with a number of different issues.

Congressman Johnson talks about the KIDS Act and how important for students to have in school learning.

Congressman Johnson moved on to the FIRE Act which will help the timber industy  & the forest service.

Democrats in Congress is working on trying to make D.C. become a state.  Johnson opposes this and offered a different solution.

President Biden is working on setting up a commission to look at expanding the Supreme Court.  Democrats in Congress have a bill looking to expand the Supreme Court from 9 to 13.  The Congressman is opposed and sponsoring a constitutional amendment to keep the Supreme Court at 9.
