SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (WNAX) – The University Center in Sioux Falls will get a new name, under new management, in an effort to attract more students.
Executive Director Carmen Simone says the to be determined name will help in marketing to new students.
Simone says they have a target enrollment in mind.
Simone says they will also work with Southeast Tech in the classes they offer.
The facility will become a new college under the University of South Dakota, while still working with Dakota State University and South Dakota State University.
The Board of Regents has struggled finding a viable operating model for the center.
