PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- Ongoing dry conditions will have an impact on runoff into the Missouri River basin all season.
Kevin Low, with the Missouri Basin River Forecast Center, says they don’t see much improvement through the year.
Low says soil moisture is lacking in most of the basin.
Low says there still could be some isolated flooding along the Missouri River and tributaries.
Low took part in the monthly update on river conditions from the Corps of Engineers.
