ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Last week the Marijuana Interim Study Committee got together in Pierre to talk about both medical & recrational marijuana.  District 3 Rep Carl Perry is a member of that committee.

Perry talks about upcoming visits to Des Moines, IA & Denver, Co later this month.

Perry mentions when he was there, the committee is responsible to do the will of the people.

Perry address concerns about federal funding being disallowed because medical marijuana is a Class 1 drug.

Perry offers this advice to the Aberdeen City Council which should be addressing this in their next meeting.

Perry close by saying this issue is something he thought he would never have to address in his life.

Marijuana Interim Study Committee will meet again late on in June.
