ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- ROAD CLOSED:  Weather permitting, beginning at 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 28^th, 5^th Ave NW (Old Highway 281) will be reduced to one lane traffic in both directions from N 4^th St to 8^th Ave NW due to road construction activities.
