PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday morning, the South Dakota House & Senate agreed to move forward with the impeachment inquiry of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

Speaker of the House Spencer Gosch lists the names of the legislators who will serve on the panel looking into the process.

Representative Fred Deutsch of Florence voted to go forward but was concern about the process use to determine the potential impeachment of Ravnsborg.

Representative Will Mortenson of Pierre says today they got the impeachment process started.

The House voted 58-10 to proceed with the impeachment process.
