PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- Most of us get those annoying calls on our cell phones and land lines wanting to sell car warranties or satellite tv. Robo calls are increasing in frequency and South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Chairman Chris Nelson says they are hearing about it too.

Nelson says new technology is coming online.

Nelson says the FCC has some enforcement capabilities.

Nelson says people who are bothered by the calls should contact the PUC and they will continue their contacts with federal officials.
