YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Finding help for those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease is the goal of the South Dakota Alzheimer’s Association.

Executive Director Leslie Morrow says it is a public health issue.

Morrow says the disease impacts more than just those that suffer from it.

Morrow says they will be working with legislators in the 2022 session, looking for more support for Alzheimer’s and other dementia related illnesses.
