YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The City of Yankton is experiencing some staff shortages due to a variety of issues.

City Manager Amy Leon updated the city commission at their meeting Monday night.

Leon says they have some job openings coming up.

Leon is asking citizens to be patient if they need city services.

Leon says they are actively recruiting for new policer officers among other openings.
