PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday the South Dakota House voted to impeach Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg on a 36-31 vote with 3 excused.
District 3 Representative Carl Perry was among those that opposed.
Prior to the vote, Representative Fred Deutsch offered an amendment to eliminate malfeasance from the resolution.
Perry voted for this amendment and explains why.
The amendment was defeated on 48-19 vote.
