PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has been reviewing lots of applications for wind power projects and it looks like that workload will increase.
Commissioner Kristie Fiegen talked about the issue.
Fiegen says they have worked through a number of applications.
Fiegen says they will have more applications coming in front of them in the next few months.
Fiegen says there are hearing talk of more wind projects in south central and north east parts of the state.
