ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – People are on the move in the summer months and while that is a good thing, it can also be a problem for those in need of blood.

Abbie Arneson, Senior Donor Recruitment Representative with Vitalant, explained why the situation has created a critical level when it comes to a lack of blood.

She said the best way to donate blood is to find out locations where you can go.

There are two blood drives scheduled in June for Aberdeen, one at Agtegra and the other at Hub City Training Center.
