PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – The South Dakota legislature is down to the final seven days of the main run of this year’s session.
Senate Minority Leader Troy Heinert of Mission says most of those days will be focused on the budget and adjustments needed for both 2019 and 2020.

Heinert says they should get updated tax revenue numbers next week.
Heinert says they can’t rely on one time money for ongoing issues.
Legislators return to Pierre on Monday for a four-day week, with three days the following week.The final day is set for March 29.
