Board of Regents approve changes to the USD facilities in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Board of Regents approved changes to their facilities in Sioux Falls, creating USD at Sioux Falls, with a new mission and classes.

Jay Perry, the USD vice president who heads up the Sioux Falls campus was in front of the interim Appropriations Committee of the Legislature. He says they are seeing noticeable progress.

Perry says they have made rapid changes in a short time.

Perry says many of their numbers are trending in the right direction.

Perry says they also see a seventeen percent increase in the number of potential students graduating from area high schools over the next few years.
