WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)- Barb Kleinjan (pronounced Klein-john), Dean of Academics at Lake Area Technical College, was awarded the South Dakota High School Activities Association Distinguished Service award.  She was awarded for the time spent as a judging official in the fine arts.
