YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Department of Tourism sponsored a series of free hospitality training sessions last week.

The trainer, Betsy Allen-Manning, with Corporate Culture Training Solutions of Dallas Texas, says it’s a simple message.

Allen-Manning says good hosts have to read their guests.

Allen-Manning says she enjoyed the trip across the state.

Sessions were held last week in Hot Springs, Rapid City, Spearfish, Ft Pierre, Watertown, Sioux Falls and Yankton
