WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)- Governor Kristi Noem appeared on KWAT Tuesday discussing the issue of landowners’ rights regarding the CO2 pipeline.

Governor Noem offers her support to the landowners.

Noem criticize the South Dakota legislature for not passing bills showing their support for the landowners.

Noem’s biggest concern is how China is contributing to this process.

The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission will have hearings with Navigator starting July 25th & with Summit Carbon Solutions in September.
