Avera St. Luke’s seek to be a part of the next Brown County budget

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s Brown County Commission meeting, Avera St. Luke’s Behavorial Health & Addiction Care Services requested to be included in the upcoming budget for 2025.

Clinical Supervisor Jodi Hepperle told the commission what the funding would be used for.

Hepperle talks about one of the main issue is staffing for the location.

Brown County Deputy State’s Attorney Ross Aldentaler provided an update on grant money for the opiod program.

Avera is asking for $25,000 to be a part of the upcoming budget as they did back in 2024.
