ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The second concert of the Downtown Summer Concert Series takes place this evening when October Road performs on Main Street.

Shelley Westra-Heier, Executive Director of the Aberdeen Downtown Association, talked about the group.

She said there are a couple of new things set for this evening.
