WASHINGTON, D.C.(HubCityRadio)- Senator John Thune on Tuesday went to the floor of the U.S. Senate to criticize Democrats for their treatment of the current U.S. Supreme Court.

Thune talks about some of the comments Democrats were using to describe the justices.

Thune runs down some of the decisions that Democrats don’t agree with.

Thune reminds everyone that the majority of the cases the U.S. Supreme Court decided on unanimous.

Thune opposes any idea of packing the court to balance the ideology of a particular party.

The last four Supreme Court justices decided by the U.S. Senate has been by a party line vote of the chamber & presidency that was in charge at the time(three Republican or conservative & 1 Democrat or liberal) since 2017.
