ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-Aberdeen City Manager Joe Gaa toward the end of the City Council meeting Monday, clarified what was sent out last week regarding the testing for the drinking water in town.

Gaa explains had this been a more serious matter, the city would have sent out a notice 24 hours later notifying the citizens to boil water if they needed to use it.
