ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Monday night Aberdeen City Council meeting, City Manager Joe Gaa delivered his fiscal year 2024 budget address.

Gaa compares the revenues the city generated to the expenses the last few years.

Gaa looked back to the 2022 & 2023 fiscal years general funds.

Gaa project the figures for the 2024 fiscal year’s general fund.

Gaa project the total budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Gaa also discussed the debt Aberdeen owes.

The Aberdeen City Council will be doing a work session Monday, August 14th to address the 2024 budget.
