ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Monday night’s Aberdeen City Council meeting, the council address an amendment dealing with the issue of daycare. The focus was on substitutes being used for daycare.
City Attorney Ron Wager explain how the amendment came about.

Aberdeen Mayor Travis Schaunaman asked about whether the substitute would allow to use the residence of the daycare provider.

Councilman Rob Ronayne suggest to pass the amendment in its first reading and adjust if need be prior to the second reading next week.
The City Council did pass the amendment on its first reading on a unanimous vote.
